Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email, account identifier and sign-in details. Google sign-in can provide your name and profile picture. Password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
• Photos you upload, reference images, prompts, generated images, job history and credit balances.
• Purchase amounts, credit entitlements and payment references. Stripe processes card details; Clikka does not collect your full card number in its application.
• Support messages and technical information used to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and errors.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide accounts and photo tools, process payments, maintain your gallery and credits, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse.

Service providers process information for these functions: Supabase for authentication and database storage; Cloudflare for image storage and encrypted database backups; Netlify for hosting; Fal and Replicate for image generation; OpenAI for prompt assistance; Stripe for payments; Resend for authentication email; and Zoho for support email. Images and prompts needed for a requested operation are sent to the relevant AI providers. Provider processing is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or enforce our terms. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Photo links and account access

Your account and gallery records require authorized access. Image files use unlisted links: anyone who obtains an image URL can view that image without signing in. Treat those URLs as shareable links and avoid uploading confidential or sensitive material.

Cookies and browser signals

Clikka uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own cookies for their services and fraud prevention. Clikka does not run advertising trackers or change its necessary-cookie behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent sign-in.

Retention and deletion

Account records and photos are retained to provide your account, gallery and purchase history; there is currently no automatic photo-expiry schedule. You can request deletion of your account or photos by emailing support from your account email. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Deletion is handled manually and includes the relevant stored image files.

Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Encrypted database backups expire after 35 days, so deleted records may remain in an expiring backup until then. Service providers can have separate retention requirements for information they process.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to support@clikka.ai. We will handle them under applicable law. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

Children and security

Clikka is a product photography service and is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee complete security.

Updates

Changes will appear on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
